You can ask us to permanently delete your F2BConnect account and the personal data linked to it. There are two ways:
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the F2BConnect app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account (or Support) and confirm the request.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email from the phone number/email registered on your account:

Subject: Account deletion request
Include: the phone number registered on your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, phone number, profile photo).
- Your product listings, feed posts and event content.
- Your chat messages and uploaded photos/videos.
We complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example, to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations).
